My name is Blaire G. Hervey–one of the most unconventional corporate strategists you’ll ever meet. I challenge societal norms of appearance, language, attire, and background expectations to expose and dismantle the systems that perpetuate challenges for underrepresented professionals in corporate America. Through my work, I disrupt the status quo to create a more equitable and inclusive society. My mission is to not only disrupt but to transform, driving sustainable change and tangible results.

As the founder of The Corporate Strategist, I work with a team to empower diverse top talent and their leaders to navigate complex corporate cultures. By bridging the gap between people, psychological safety, performance, and productivity, our work amplifies the voices of the underrepresented. Together, we tackle real-life challenges and strategize sustainable change to break down barriers that hinder diverse recruitment, retention, and readiness for next-level positions.

DeAngelo Crane is an inclusion, diversity, belonging and employee experience geek with over 17 years of experience building and strengthening organizational culture in healthcare and tech industries. He’s our newest consultant focused on learning, development and coaching leaders on creating a culture of belonging and equity. DeAngelo is a DEI practitioner who believes impactful leaders lead with empathy, vulnerability and inclusive behaviors.

DeAngelo lives in Washington, D.C. where he’s actively involved in several non-profit organizations that support LGBTQ youth. Meet Ashley Rae

Executive Assistant to Blaire G. Hervey - The Corporate Strategist

Ashley has leveraged her 10+ years in marketing, management, healthcare administration and passion for creativeness to launch BOSS A. COLLABORATIONS, a virtual assistant agency that specializes in administrative work, creative content & graphic design work.

Ashley Rae is a true mompreneur, who aligns her values with skillfully raising her boys and independently securing her bag. “Everything must be purposeful, meaningful and intentional. I work for me because it works for my family!”

Ashley Rae is also the Founder, Co-Owner & Creative Director of B. Glory Balloon Decor, a balloon decor event business with a grand mission to play a part in creating safe, encouraging spaces for women and entrepreneurs.
